October 2026
A website that shows the real thing
“Hear a sample call” now plays a real recorded call, and the homepage demo card is a real call to our line with a “Play this call” button. The homepage also lists our guarantees: month-to-month, a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first month, and spam calls we catch don’t count toward your minutes.
Switch off any built-in answer
You can now turn off any of your template’s built-in answers. Turn off a service you don’t offer, and the agent tells callers you don’t offer it and offers to take a message. Your own answer to a question replaces the built-in one, and a few safety answers always stay on.
Clearer saving for your FAQs
Each save in the FAQ section now shows “Saved” beside its button, and leaving the page with unsaved changes asks you first.
Recordings kept only in our own storage
Call recordings and transcripts are now kept only in Pivot Assist’s own storage, and our voice provider deletes its copy shortly after each call. That now covers past calls too. Our Privacy Policy was updated to match, so you’ll be asked to accept it once when you sign in.
One question to cancel or move by phone
Callers who cancel or move an appointment by phone now confirm the change once, not twice.
Calendar bookings in your time zone
Bookings the agent puts on your Google Calendar now always use your business’s time zone, and all-day events block the right day.
Narrower Google Calendar access
Connecting Google Calendar now asks only for access to events on calendars you own, and disconnecting also revokes our access at Google. Existing connections keep working. Our Privacy Policy has a new section on Google Calendar data.
Smoother transfers to your team
When a caller asks for a person, the agent connects them right away, asks for their name once, and tries once per call. Whoever picks up hears a short note with the caller’s name and reason.
Faster emergency transfers
If you’ve set an emergency transfer number, the agent gives the caller the safety instructions and transfers them in the same breath, and tries once. If nobody answers, it takes the details, tells the caller when to expect a callback, and you get an emergency callback alert.
An alert when a transfer doesn’t connect
If a transfer never starts, or the caller drops within seconds of being connected, you get an urgent callback lead so you can call them back.
Your website and email, said clearly
The agent now says your website and email address the way people say them out loud. There’s an optional “How to say it” field under Website if you want to set it yourself.
Messages in the caller’s own words
Before saving a message, the agent asks what the caller would like passed along, including after a transfer that didn’t connect, and saves it in their words.
New voices
A new lineup of 8 voices, with Brooke as the default. Your voice, pace, tone, languages and closed days now stay as you set them after you save.
Search and export your call logs
Search your call logs by phone number, and export all of your calls, not just the ones on screen. Exports open cleanly in Excel.
A dashboard tour, and a menu on phones
New accounts get a short tour of the dashboard, and the dashboard has a menu on phones and tablets. “Transcript” opens the full call, and exporting leads downloads a file.
About your business
A new “About your business” section holds your website, description and services, and shows your template’s built-in answers. Integrations that are coming soon have an “I want this” button so you can tell us which you need.
Callback numbers confirmed
The agent reads the callback number back and gets a yes before saving a message. If the caller hangs up first, the message is still saved and marked “number not confirmed.”
Spam calls don’t use your minutes
Calls we flag as spam or robocalls, and silent calls, no longer count toward your minutes, and your usage card shows how many were left out. Calls now end after 30 seconds of silence.
An annual plan
$2,990 a year, which is two months free, with Guided Setup included. Book a call with us to sign up.
Billing answers, in writing
The homepage FAQ now answers “How does billing work?” and “Will my callers know it’s an AI?”. Our Terms now list which calls don’t count toward your minutes, and promise at least 30 days’ notice by email before any price increase.
Reminder texts, and changes by text or phone
Callers who say yes on the call get a confirmation text and a reminder the day before. They can reply 1 to confirm, 2 to reschedule or 3 to cancel, and every change is emailed to you and shown on Appointments. Callers can also cancel or move a booking by phone.
Agreeing to our terms at sign-up
Signing up now asks you to agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and existing accounts were asked to accept them once.
How long recordings are kept
Our Privacy Policy now says call recordings and transcripts are kept for 12 months after the call, then deleted. Playing a recording in your dashboard uses a link that expires.
Cancel a booking from your dashboard
You can now cancel an upcoming booking from your dashboard. The caller isn’t notified, so let them know yourself. Each time slot now takes only one booking, even without a connected calendar.
No calendar invites to callers
Callers no longer get a Google Calendar invite from your account. Their confirmation email includes an “Add to calendar” file instead.
Call our demo line
The homepage and Contact page now show our own line, (949) 844-2169, so you can call and hear the agent live.
Addresses only when they’re needed
The agent asks for an address only if your business works on-site. Calls that were transferred and connected now show as “Transferred” in your call log.
Every call opens with the same notice
Every call now starts with: “Hi, this call may be recorded, and I’m an automated assistant.” You can add to your greeting after it, but the notice itself can’t be changed.
See your minutes
A “Minutes this period” card on your Overview and Billing pages shows the minutes you’ve used against the 1,000 included, and we email you at 80% and 100%.
Clearer terms about your data
Our Terms and Privacy Policy now say call content is never sold or used to train AI models, and our Acceptable Use Policy is published.

Confirmation texts for callers
After booking, the agent offers to text the caller a confirmation. The text is sent only if they say yes.
A card to start your trial
The 7-day free trial now takes your card at checkout. You aren’t charged until the trial ends.
Quicker booking questions
The agent asks for a caller’s first and last name in one question, and confirms an open time when the caller asks for one.
A read-back before every booking
The agent reads the booking details back and gets a yes before it books. Calls the phone network dropped now show as failed, not answered.
Callback requests
Calls where the agent took a message now show as callback requests. Connecting a new Google Calendar works again.
Text alerts for you
Get an optional text when a caller asks for a callback, a transfer doesn’t connect, or a booking doesn’t go through. Turn it on at sign-up or in Settings.
The recording notice comes first
The recording notice is now the first thing callers hear, and background noise no longer cuts off the greeting. Sign-up and password-reset emails now come from Pivot Assist.
Transfers to your team
Set “Transfer calls to” and the agent can transfer callers who want a person. If nobody answers, it takes a message and alerts you. A number that would ring back into the agent isn’t accepted.
Choose a tone
Pick how the agent sounds: Friendly & warm, Professional & concise, or Upbeat & energetic. You can hear voice samples before you choose.
An alert when a booking didn’t happen
If a caller was told they’re booked but nothing was booked, you get an urgent lead and an email so you can follow up.
Real open times and confirmation emails
The agent offers only times that are really open and confirms before booking. It asks callers for their email, reads it back, and emails them a confirmation. Their replies go to your “Email for customer replies”. It no longer promises emergency service you haven’t set up.
One plan, everything included
Pivot Assist is one plan: $299 a month. The $499 one-time fee applies only if you choose Guided Setup.
Settings that take effect
Your voice and pace choices now change how the agent sounds. If a save doesn’t reach your live agent, Settings tells you instead of showing “Saved”. Times show in your business’s time zone. Calls are always recorded and callers are told, so the “Record inbound calls” switch is gone.
A fuller dashboard
The dashboard now has a “Recovered revenue” card, after-hours flags and call summaries. Changes to your greeting and settings reach your live agent, bookings land on the right day, and duplicate bookings are prevented.
